I wouldn't hurt anybody. In fact, I wouldn't hurt myself, in the first place. That should be my thinking. But why do I have some habits then, that does physical damage to me? Don't I love myself? Don't I appreciate the body I have?

Some of the habits are, for example, emotional (over)eating, small careless accidences, tiny damages I make to my skin unconsciously, etc. I am on my way to changing my self-perception into desirable self. My main tools are precise characteristics of who I want to be, powered by actions and patience, and unconditional support to myself. Egyptian pyramids have not been built within the day either. Practice makes perfect.

I would highly recommend everyone to browse youtube about self-perception and how to adjust it in order to become a desirable version of yourself.

To all of us, who want to become someone we have never been - we have to behave somehow, we have never done.
